If an item doesn’t work for you, we’ll take care of it. All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You can return any item by mail or in store. Returns via mail are at the expense of the customer. Items must be unworn, unused and in sellable condition. Receipt not required if you can pinpoint the date of purchase as we can look it up in our system. What is eligible for a return: Full priced items: Full refund. Sale items: Exchange or store credit. 50% off items: FINAL SALE, no returns.

If you are not satisfied with any of our regular priced products, you can return within a month of purchase for a 100% refund of the product. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags (no need to be attached). Please note that at this time we do not cover return shipping. You are welcome to return in person as well if you’d like to save on shipping costs.

Canada: We offer tracked $20 flat rate shipping within Canada. Packages generally take anywhere from 2-10 business days to get anywhere in Canada. Rest-of-world: We offer tracked expedited Service shipping for a flat rate fees between $30-50. Packages take anywhere from 5-14 business days for the USA, or 14-21 business days for rest of the world. Please note the receiver is responsible for any duty and/or taxes that may apply.
